On April 17, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and MPA will hold a public meeting for the James Island draft supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) to include an overview of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, examination of alternative designs, and presentation of findings. The draft sEIS is available for public comment until May 15.
