The Bay Enhancement Working Group CAD Subcommittee is composed of public officials, community representatives, and technical personnel with expertise relevant to environmental issues in the Chesapeake Bay region as pertains to Confined Aquatic Disposal (CAD). CAD Subcommittee members represent resource management, regulatory agencies and communities at the federal, state and local levels and include interest groups, watermen, members of the scientific community and industry.
