The next meeting of the Hart-Miller Island Citizens Oversight Committee (HMI COC) will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 2200 Broening Highway, 1st Floor Conference Room, Baltimore, MD 21224. The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) will provide dinner.
