The next meeting of the Hart-Miller Island Citizens Oversight Committee (HMI COC) will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting venue is currently being determined, and additional information will be provided once finalized. The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) will provide dinner.
