Kristen Fidler is responsible for overseeing the dredging program for the Port of Baltimore and works closely with citizens and partners at the federal, state and local level to ensure the long-term success of Maryland’s Dredged Material Management Program.
William Doyle was appointed by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan on July 22, 2020. As Executive Director, Mr. Doyle oversees and manages the Helen Delich Bentley Port of Baltimore’s six state-owned, public marine terminals.
Dr. Peter Goodwin is an internationally renowned expert in ecosystem restoration, ecohydraulics, and enhancement of river, wetland and estuarine systems, and has spent 30 years in higher education.
Colonel Estee S. Pinchasin became the 69th Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District in 2021, where she commands a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees, overseeing a multibillion-dollar program that provides vital engineering, design, construction and water resources management solutions to the mid-Atlantic region.
Dominic Scurti is responsible for overseeing the MDOT Maryland Port Administration’s Strategic Planning and Capital Planning programs. Dominic has been with the MDOT MPA for nearly 15 years.
